Guides Your guides for the week will be, variously, Martin and Steve. In the detailed itinerary you´ll see who is conducting each walk but in general, Martin and Steve lead most of the walks, and Liz will come along when there´s a barbecue or big picnic to sort out.
Liz Green Liz has a background in Nursing and Nurse education and was a University lecturer in Leeds for several years before coming to live in Sella four years ago. She´s always been a keen walker and since arriving in Sella has also become a good student of Spanish.
Steve Green First came to Spain in 1969 when he lived in Bilbao and then in Tarragona. He bought the house we now call Casaroc in 1988 and with Liz his wife is now a permanent resident of Sella. He has a degree in Spanish and speaks the language fluently. For 25 years he taught English and ICT in a Leeds High School and now he teaches English in Sella village.
Martin Harrison-Smith Lives with his Spanish born wife in Sella and has walked most of the area´s paths and tracks dozens of times. He´s particularly keen to find new routes and link together the ones he already knows. Martin has developed a number of Geocaches in the Sella valley and guides his walks with the aid of his files of GPS tracks.
