| Sella Walks - stunning views and easy walking in Mediterranean Spain |
|
This short track was originally used, if we are to believe locals of long memory, as a by-pass for Sella in times of Cholera. Itīs a short detour of about 3 km but we usually join it to a path through the "Huerta de Sella", Sellaīs fertile and busy orchard or market garden area. The whole trip takes a couple of hours and gives a good series of views of the village, as well as an insight into the local springs and ancient irrigation systems. A fascinating extension to this walk is to drop down to the Molino de Sella - the Sella Mill, and pay for the guided tour.
